• Please allow 10-14 business days from time of purchase for delivery.
• We only offer free standard shipping within the U.S at this time. We hope to offer international shipping and expedited shipping options in the near future.
• We are unable to ship to P.O Boxes.
• When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges or replacing items that are misdelivered because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed.
• To ensure a safe delivery, some items in your order may be shipped separately. For example, an unframed print ships in a super-durable tube while mugs ship bubble wrapped in boxes.
• Upon arrival, we suggest removing prints from the tube so they have time to flatten before framing. Keep the art covered with tissue paper, find a safe flat surface and place books at the four corners. Some minor trimming may be required as not all store bought frames are made to exact specifications.
• We anticipate you loving your new purchase and we guarantee the quality against defects and damage. Only in the case of items received damaged or defective, are we able to offer a replacement as our products are custom made when ordered. Please retain the item and contact us within 24 hours of receipt at shoprobandbob.com. Please document the damage with a photo and attach it with your initial email.
